Clays are well known for their amazing cleansing and purifying properties. Natural clays have been used on the skin for centuries, and continue to be a popular ingredient in products today.

The composition of the clay will vary depending on the origin, however clays are used in skincare products due to their absorption properties. In a nutshell, they pull oil from the skin and due to this, clays are best for normal to oily skin types.
One of the best ways to utilize its powers is to use a clay face mask. You can use a clay mask even if you have dry skin.
